PNRNEWS.IN: “DECLARATION” TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN I, Nitin Lalitkumar Maniar, am the Proprietor and Founder of “PNRNEWS PUBLICATIONS”, owner of the registered title 'PNR NEWS.IN', registered website registered, blog, facebook, YouTube channel, since year 2008. My office concerning all the above ventures is located in Mulund West, of Mumbai Suburb, in Maharashtra - India. There is no other branch other than the one located, owned, occupied & operated by me at the above mentioned address. Further I have not permitted or allowed any individual or any organization to operate the above mentioned ventures on my behalf. Nor have I authorized any individual or an organization with power of attorney to operate, publish, or given franchise, or conduct any business on my behalf. Therefore if any person / company / organization found using the above mentioned titles ‘PNR NEWS’ of ventures belonging to me is liable for criminal proceedings under the Indian Penal Code. Further, if some person / company / or an organization is dealing with such fraudulent I would not be responsible for whatever repercussions rising from the same.
